Yes, completely. We earn our income from the commission paid by the tour operators we work with — you pay not a centfor our advice. And the final price of your trip is exactly the same as if you booked directly with the operator.

Many Muslim travellers don't want to give up their faith practices on holiday — e.g. halal food, prayer facilities, alcohol-free hotels or family-friendly areas. For package holidays, a deposit of 20–25%is usually due at booking, with the balance payable about 4–6 weeks before departure. Exact payment terms vary by operator and are listed in your booking confirmation.

The cancellation terms of the respective operator (e.g. TUI, FTI, DERTOUR) apply. They are staggered by departure date — the earlier you cancel, the lower the fees. We strongly recommend taking out travel cancellation insuranceto protect against unforeseen events.

Child discountsare standard on most package holidays — some operators even run “kids travel free” promotions. During the consultation we ask about the age and number of children and find the most family-friendly offers for you.

That depends on your nationality and destination. For German passports, roughly: Turkey, EU, Switzerland, UK, Caribbean (90 days) — mostly visa-free. Dubai/UAE, Egypt, USA, Morocco — visa required (often available electronically online). We'll point out the necessary steps during the consultation.

We recommend at least travel cancellation insurance (around 4–8% of the trip price) and international health insurance. For long-haul trips and higher trip values, trip interruption insurancealso makes sense. On request, we can arrange suitable insurance for you.

Yes. For package holidays, all customer payments are protected by law (Section 651r of the German Civil Code, § 651r BGB). Every operator is required to issue a security certificate (Sicherungsschein), which you receive with your booking confirmation. In the event of insolvency, your deposit and return journey are guaranteed.
